The nanny needs to love engaging with the children and needs to be physically active with them as the children are very sporty. The head nanny needs to be happy to join them in certain activities like riding a bike.
The candidate needs to work in a structured manner, prior experience in coordinating schedules required.
She also needs to have excellent manners and needs be educated and motivated.
The nanny will be responsible for maintaining the children’s schedules and researching their activities, coordinating their extracurricular activities and vacation activities.
Both parents are very engaged with their children, their upbringing and schooling.
The nanny must be excited to travel when asked to accompany the children and their family ; during travel the hours need to be more flexible than during the school weeks in Paris.
1) During school weeks, the head nanny will be working as follow:
4 weekdays plus weekends
1 weekday off
During the week the hours would be 3pm – 9pm
On the weekends full days (12 hours per day )
2) During the 11 weeks school holidays the head nanny will be working 12 hours a day, 6 days a week
The nanny will be offered 5 weeks paid holidays.
Accommodation: If the candidate is not already living in Paris, the family will provide the accommodation. If the candidate has her own flat, the family will pay for an Uber to go back home.

On Wednesdays, the nanny will be responsible for the 3 children and will accompany the older ones to their activities with the little girl.
The nanny will be dynamic, sporty, will enjoy playing football or basketball with the boys, will show initiative, will be caring and warm.
The nanny will only be in charge of the children's needs, a housekeeper takes care of the house every day.
She will have to organize fun activities adapted to their ages. She will be responsible for their meals, the maintenance of their play areas, their rooms, as well as their clothes. The housekeeper can help if necessary.

7 weeks of paid leave are offered to the nanny. Each half terms, the nanny will be entitled to a week's vacation (one in October/one at Christmas/one in February/one at Easter/three weeks during the summer).
In Savoie, the nanny will stay at the parents' home, and when travelling somewhere else, she will have a studio in order to preserve the privacy of each party. The nanny will be off on weekends and a return train will be paid for her if she does not wish to stay there during the weekend.
This is equivalent to 40 hours worked per week.

The maternity nurse will be employed for a period of 3 months (13 weeks) and will work 24 hours a day, 5 or 6 days a week (to be confirmed).
The maternity nurse will be entitled to 4 hours of break per day, generally in the afternoon.
The maternity nurse will have a room that she will share with the baby during her working hours.
The maternity nurse will: assist with breast or bottle feeding, offer advice and support to the mother, encourage rest and regular meals to ensure a speedy recovery of the mother, take responsibility for the safety and well-being of the baby during working hours, take care of feeding and to establish appropriate feeding routines, including meals at night, establish good sleep habits adapted to the baby's age, to stimulate and support development.
With the parents' approval, she will accompany the baby for walks and other activities agreed with the parents, will be in charge of cleaning and sterilizing baby bottles as well as maintaining clothing, bedding and areas used for baby care in order, clean and in perfect hygienic condition. Ideally, the nanny will start at the end of August 2023, early September 2023.
The mother speaks English to the children and the father speaks French to them. However, the family would like to hire an English-speaking nanny as both children who understand French and English tend to reply only in French at the moment.
Both children are going to school and the nanny will be working as follow: from 11am to 7:15pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and from 1:15 pm to 7:15pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. One flexible babysitting a week is required.
During school holidays the nanny will be working 5 days a week, from 8:45am to 7:15pm.

Both parents work from home and the children are not allowed to enter the home office during the day. However, the parents’ work schedule and situation may evolve.

The family consists of a 10-year-old girl and a 3-year-old girl.
The eldest is at the family home 1 week out of 2 and will be attending the bilingual secondary school in September, where she will go alone. Nevertheless she will need to be accompanied to go to her extra-curricular activities on Wednesdays.
The youngest will also be going to a bilingual kindergarten in September.
As the children are educated in bilingual schools, the family is ideally looking for an English-speaking nanny or a French-speaking nanny who speaks perfect English and is able to help them with their homework in English and also in French. However, the priority is not in the languages spoken but in the profile of the candidate.
During school weeks, the youngest will be dropped off at school by one of the parents and therefore the nanny will only start her day at 3 pm until 8 pm. Wednesdays will be worked from 8:30 am to 8 pm.
During the school holidays, the family leaves Paris for 4 weeks (non-consecutive) per year to go to their second home in Dinard or in Corsica.
Weeks outside Paris will be worked 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. An extra salary will be allocated for these periods.
The remaining 7 weeks of school holidays in Paris will be worked from 8:30 am to 8 pm.
The nanny is entitled to 5 weeks of paid vacation.
Some flexibility will be required in case of illness of one of the children, but the grandparents live nearby and are always ready to help.

A French family, known to the agency, is looking for a second nanny to mainly take care of their little boy born in May 2023. She will work in partnership with a British nanny placed by Nannies Incorporated at the birth of the first child who is now two and a half years ago.
The family is made up of parents, young professionals, a little girl who will be 3 years old in November and a little boy born in May.
The second nanny will work from 8:15 am. to 1:30 pm. from Monday to Saturday. The current nanny cares of the eldest as follows: from 11:30 am: she picks her up from school and gives her lunch at the family home and takes her back to school after lunch. The current nanny will take over from the new nanny at 1:30 pm and will take care of the little boy and the eldest girl until the end of the day, when the parents return. On Wednesday she will take care of both children until 1:30 pm
The second nanny will have to take care of the little boy on a daily basis and will carry out all the usual nursery duties. Exceptionally, she may be asked to take care of the eldest as well (example: school closed or sickness, etc.). In addition, on Saturday mornings, the second nanny will occasionally have to take care of the two children.
The family would like to employ a nanny who has experience with babies, who shows initiative and knows how to occupy them with various activities in order to promote their daily awakening and personal development according to their age. She will be responsible for the maintenance of the living spaces of the little boy, the maintenance of his room and his clothes, as well as running errands related to his needs.
The two nannies will have to coordinate vacation schedules with the family, so that the family is never left without help.
The second nanny will be entitled to 5 weeks of paid holidays per year. One of the nannies will accompany the family on vacation for 3 weeks in August, one week in December and one in February. During these vacation times, the nanny will work 24/7, free time will be given to her during the day, as well as salary compensation for the nights worked.
A cleaning lady is present every afternoon.
