A high-profile family living in the 7th arrondissement of Paris is looking for a very experienced English/French/German speaking nanny to look after their three children aged 11, 9 and 6 years old.

The family wants the nanny to have good people skills; although the team of nannies is small, the communications between the nanny and the rest of the staff are essential.

It’s a fully staffed household.
The nanny  needs to love engaging with the children and needs to be physically active with them as the children are very sporty. The head nanny needs to be happy to join them in certain activities like riding a bike.

The candidate needs to work in a structured manner, prior experience in coordinating schedules required.

She also needs to have excellent manners and needs be educated and motivated.

The nanny will be responsible for maintaining the children’s schedules and researching their activities, coordinating their extracurricular activities and vacation activities.

Both parents are very engaged with their children, their upbringing and schooling.
The nanny must be excited to travel when asked to accompany the children and their family ; during travel the hours need to be more flexible than during the school weeks in Paris.

1) During school weeks, the head nanny will be working as follow:

• 4 weekdays plus weekends

• 1 weekday off

• During the week the hours would be 3pm – 9pm

• On the weekends full days (12 hours per day )

2) During the 11 weeks school holidays the head nanny will be working 12 hours a day, 6 days a week

The nanny will be offered 5 weeks paid holidays.

Accommodation: If the candidate is not already living in Paris, the family will provide the accommodation. If the candidate has her own flat, the family will pay for an Uber to go back home.

The nanny must hold a European passport. American passport holders will also be considered.

Salary: €8,500 net per month payable each month, no variation during school holidays.
