A French/English/Hungarian family living near Versailles is looking for an English-speaking nanny to help care for their 3 children. 1 girl aged 10 and two boys aged 8 and 4, the family lived in London for 15 years so the children are all bilingual.

The nanny will work Monday to Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. except on Wednesdays, the nanny will work from 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. This is equivalent to 46 hours per week.

The nanny will be entitled to 8 weeks of paid vacation and will work 46 hours per week during 8 weeks of school holidays.

The nanny will be responsible for all the needs of the three children, but mum works from home and will assist with certain tasks, such as school runs and accompanying the children to their extracurricular activities as well as visits to doctors.

The nanny's duties will include; accompanying the boys to school in the morning, going with them to extra-curricular activities before going back home and helping the children with their homework. This will be followed by supervising dinner which she will have prepared for the children during the day.

She will also be in charge of organising the children's daily lives (making appointments, shopping for their needs, etc.), the usual nursery duties apply including taking care of their laundry and tidying up their living spaces. 

It is not essential that the nanny has her driving license, but this can be useful.

The nanny will not be responsible for the needs of the parents, nor for any housework beyond nursery duties.

The job is offered on a live-out basis. However, a separate accommodation may be offered for the right candidate.

The family is based in Singapore and have a son who will be 2 years old when the position begins, and twin boys who are due mid-July 2022. The babies will have their own maternity nurse for the first 3 months or so.

Start Date: July 2022.

Accommodation: A separate bedroom and bathroom and kitchen area within the family home is provided.

Working hours: 10-12 hours per day, 6 days per week. 1 working day will be a Sunday, the other day off can be a Saturday.

Duties: Assisting with the children's daily care needs, after the first 3 months assisting with feeding the babies, following a good day routine for both babies established by the maternity nurse, engaging all 3 children in active play, speaking to them throughout the day in English to help them learn English through play, taking a Montessori approach to their development and early education and helping them reach their milestones, this position will be a mixture of shared and sole charge, mum will be returning to work, the eldest is an active toddler who enjoys spending time outside and loves to be on the go!

This position would suit an active nanny who is comfortable with warm weather as Singapore is very warm throughout the year.

A childcare qualification is essential for visa purposes.

Language requirements:  Fluent in accent-free English is a must, ability to speak Mandarin is a big plus.

A professional Chinese-German family are searching for a live in nanny to assist with the care of their 2 children aged 2.5 years old and 10 days old.

The family are based in Barnes in between Richmond and Putney.

Start date: 15/07/2022

Working hours: 7am-7pm, Monday - Friday

Duties: Duties include caring for the baby and the toddler when he is not at nursery, playing with them and helping them develop their language and reach their milestones. Taking the children out and about to local classes, activities and playdates. All the usual nursery duties apply including washing the children's clothes, cooking for the children and keeping their areas tidy. 

If the candidate can speak either Mandarin or German this would be a big plus, a fluent English speaker is required.
