A return client of ours is seeking a mature, patient, and dedicated live-in nanny to provide comprehensive care for her 2-year-old son, who has Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type 2. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of his daily needs, offering compassionate and structured support to encourage his independence and well-being.
Location: Khobar, Saudi Arabia
Children: 1 child, aged 2 years old.
Salary: £5,000 net per month
Benefits: Annual flight ticket, medical cover, private room and bathroom provided within the family home.
Responsibilities:
• Complete care from A-Z, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and all personal care needs
• Coordinate with his physical therapist to understand his goals and incorporate them into his daily routines
• Provide structured activities that support his development and independence
• Prepare meals for him and ensure proper nutrition
• Administer medication and manage his healthcare routine as directed
• Manage his schedule, including therapy appointments, recreational activities, and other engagements
• Travel with the family as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for him
Qualifications:
• Native English or Arabic speaker preferred
• Experience in special needs care, particularly with physical disabilities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to implement therapeutic practices in daily activities
• Patience, maturity, and a nurturing approach
Schedule:
Live-in position with a 6-day work week, one day off per week. 12 hour work days.
The family do travel in the holidays and would like their nanny to accompany them on their trips.
